	Alcan Aluminum Montreal, QC Black & McDonald has provided on-site technical maintenance for mechanical and electrical equipment and essential services at Alcan Aluminum's 205,000 square foot headquarters complex in Montreal since 1986. Offsite support for project management and purchasing are scheduled via our proprietary Computerized Maintenance Management (CMM) system covering 250 major items from centrifugal chillers and boilers to pneumatics, UPS and air handlers. Through CMM, energy costs are recorded and utilized in planning for operating efficiencies and reduced consumptions.
	Ontario Realty Corporation, Frost Bldg Toronto ON Black & McDonald's multi-trade capabilities were utilized for the Ministry of Finance in the execution of this HVAC upgrade to the existing seven-storey building to meet needs for increased control and system efficiency. Black & McDonald provided mechanical and electrical trades along with the associated architectural and structural resources.
	Regional Municipality of York, Administration Centre Newmarket, ON Energy management measures were undertaken by Black & McDonald to provide energy savings and efficiencies for York Region's Administrative Centre. The multi-trade installation included variable frequency drives, updated wiring, sheet metal work, insulation and all associated civil work.
