Black & McDonald is committed to ensuring that Safety is the top priority in all the projects we do. We believe that incidents can be prevented through proper supervision, tools and equipment, training, communication, and the adherence to best Safe work practices and procedures.

Black & McDonald’s Safety Program is applied consistently on all our worksites across North America. Senior Management and the National Safety Committee monitor the progress of all Safety related activities and provide the guidance for continuous improvement to the program.
Black & McDonald’s incident ratings are consistently less than half of industry standards. We believe in the goal of total elimination of occupational injuries and illnesses in the workplace.
