In February of 2005, Black & McDonald acquired the industrial
maintenance business of National Construction.
Over the last 30 plus years, this business has
been providing multi-trade construction, maintenance
and shutdown services to oil & gas and petrochemical
clients in the Province of Quebec.
The new entity will continue to target the oil
and petrochemical sectors in Quebec for maintenance,
modification and shutdown work and will operate
under the trade name National (2005).
