Black & McDonald contracted its first building operations and maintenance project in the spring of 1975. Today, Black & McDonald is responsible for managing the maintenance, operations and support services of facilities totaling over 15 million square feet. The application of our processes has been extended from commercial buildings to municipal facilities, utilities, industrial complexes, and unique applications such as military base support services and museums.

Facilities Management and Operations (FM&O) is the total operation and maintenance of a facility in partnership with the client. Components of the FM&O package include:
