ATC Meaford
The primary concerns regarding the contracting-out of the services at ATC Meaford focused on potential personnel problems, justification of the business case analysis and a clear understanding of the roles of both CBO and CF personnel in the Statement Of Work (SOW). All of the functions performed by the Base Technical Services Company were handed over to CBO between October 01, 1995 and June 01, 1996.

- Collocation of the Project Manager with the Base Operations Officer
- Collocation of the Front Desk and Accommodations Function with Base Operations
